Hyatt Place Nashville / Brentwood

This hotel was clean, conveniently located for quick Uber to Green Hills and/or Downtown Nashville. The staff, specifically Chris at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was good (typical hotel buffet style). Room was spacious with couch and great TV and really nice, big Shower. Bathroom was very tight though with door so close to toilet that you had to be mindful of your feet when closing the door. There was NO freezer in the little mini-fridge

This hotel has a wonderful caring staff!! Would 100% stay again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Nashville. My husband, daughter and I all stayed in the room and there was plenty of bedding and accommodations for all. It was icy and freezing outside and the rooms were delightfully warm and cozy. Anything we needed the staff provided. Truly above and beyond with each request.

Hyatt Place has been an amazing member of the community during Nashville’s ice event. They have opened their doors to families and their furry friends. Chris, Raven and Kelly were so great during check in and making any accommodations they could. The housekeeping crew has been working hard to keep things clean and tidy! This was our home during the recent ice storm in Nashville that took out power for so many. The hotel manager, Jeff, and the front desk manager, Chris, were such hard working people who made so many feel at ease and like family during this difficult time. The maintenance staff was on call and available and the cleaning staff did a great job. The kitchen staff was gracious and made hot breakfasts every morning, filling in as much as they could when their delivery trucks couldn’t make it. I am so thankful for this place! Great staff, great rooms, great prices.

Stayed here 2 nights last week while our power was out. Location was perfect. Friendly service from the front desk to the housekeeping folks. They went over and above to make sure everyone that was displaced had what they needed. Also had a good breakfast bar.

Superior staff made this visit great. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Special shout out to Chris at the front desk and Amy, the AGM. They went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother had a room that met her needs. We had a long stay because we were in town helping a relative who'd had major surgery. We really felt like everyone was trying to relieve our stress. Location was great. Lots of restaurant choices in the area. Hotel itself is a little dated and could use a bit of freshening up. But it appears they working on that right now. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. But truly, it was the staff that set this location apart. Kudos to every one of them.

Best hospitality I have ever received at a hotel. From the moment I walked in late at night, front desk staff Chris Pearson was like an uncle, greeting me and my wife in the kindest, most caring way possible. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the shower water pressure was almost too strong! The free hot breakfast was delightful, but the highlight was definitely the staff. The housekeepers were eager to help, and so were the morning front desk staff. Huge shoutout to Chris for making us feel at home and even calling us after our stay to make sure our check out process went smoothly. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Nashville.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Brentwood during winter storm Fern when Nashville was hit hard by an ice storm. My family didn’t have power for six days. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood! The rooms were clean and very warm. The staff, especially the general manager, Jeff, went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable. The hotel was packed with displaced families. Jeff, Chris, and Mike worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was happy and to prioritize the people who were there to keep adding nights if needed. They were not charging cancellation fees, if any of us got our power back and needed to cancel an added night. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the Nashville area with easy access to everything and a great staff who will prioritize your needs, don’t hesitate to book the Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood!
